How we do it?
In KippiT we do things meticulously and follow each and every detail in our projects. We build small teams of at least 3 people to ensure that the projects get the attention they need with the skills they require.
The teams are chosen with care to ensure that the project advances the way it should. Every project goes through a close analysis and investigation process to see if it is a viable idea. Once the project is approved we do not launch it until it is ready and that we can ensure we will offer the best quality outcome.

Why we do it?
In KippiT we do things not because we have to but because we want too. We believe that being passionate in what we work is the key to be successful not only professionally but personally.
We try to transmit this message through our products, services and customer relations. Each project has something to do with us. We try to look at it with a professional lense, but, also in an entertaining, creative and innovative way.

How we got started
KippiT was created in September 2016 when 13 LEINN students were put together to create a company. Over the time we got to know each other and we united as a strong group which encourages ourselves to improve and learn about business.
Thanks to our coach and inspiration Jose Luis Casal we have been able to grow as a company. Throughout the last 7 months we have grown stronger as a team. Skills in management, marketing and leadership have been increasing at exponential rates thanks to the eagerness for knowledge within our teams. How does that work? If we do not know something we research about it, look for people that can help and get the maximum amount of information we can. Why? Because we believed and still believe that in order to give our customer what they want and need we have to understand exactly how it has to be. We have been collaborating with people from different countries, including 3 nationalities within our team. By setting the company's values the moment we founded the company we have had strong pillars to uphold us and our work throughout the adventure.
